I ran into a festival in Sangenjaya when doing some shopping. I think it was a "sake and wine" festival according to the signs, but there wasn't really much happening except a stage for various local performing acts and a parade/carrying around shine thing (insert proper japanese term here), which I got a few pictures from. Frankly it was a bit annoying because I was in a hurry :). I had to finish shopping before Akio showed up to help take my stuff to my new apartment.
